A multidisciplinary team of highly qualified technicians is capable of intervening on-site promptly.
This responsiveness is backed by strong commitment from all employees, an appropriate level of spare parts stock, and a privileged geographical location at the crossroads of major communication routes (near the Lyon Saint Exupéry International Airport).
Spare parts
To ensure the continuity of your operations, we maintain a dedicated spare parts inventory exclusively for after-sales service (computerized management).
We also have sets and subassemblies of sharpening machines to facilitate standard exchanges, reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
Machine diagnostics
In line with a preventive maintenance approach, on-site maintenance diagnostics can be conducted upon the customer’s request.
