Objectives: Acquire the skills to work in a cutting tool sharpening workshop as an operator.

Duration: 1 to 4 days depending on client-specific requirements.

Access Time: Subject to the trainer’s schedule and SMP TECHNIK’s production line. Implementation takes place within the quarter following the order.

Prices: Starting from 1135 euros excluding tax per day.

Methods Used: Classroom training with PowerPoint presentations and tools. Support materials are provided.

Assessment Methods: Initial assessment at the beginning of the training, tests, multiple-choice questions (QCM), exercises. Results: acquired, not acquired, and in progress.

EVALUATION & CERTIFICATION : Training Certificate

EasyGrind level 1


Prerequisites: Sharpening practice or knowledge of cutting tools and familiarity with the Windows environment and numerical control.

Objectives: Acquire the essential knowledge to master the commands of the EASYGRIND sharpening software, optimize production, and program tools. This course is intended for workshop managers, operators, methods, and R&D personnel.

Duration: 3 days, depending on client-specific requirements.

Access Time: Subject to the trainer’s schedule and SMP TECHNIK’s production line. Implementation takes place within the quarter following the order.

Prices: Starting from 1135 euros excluding tax per day.
